Opportunities to Volunteer
We are proud of our strong tradition of parent volunteers! The following is a list of many of the areas in which we provide volunteers to support the school and Parent Crew Foundation events. If you indicated an interest in one or more areas when completing Online Check-In, a PCF committee chair will follow up once school starts to give you more information on these opportunities, or feel free to reach out to the contact person listed below.

Parent Driver
Need 2 weeks prior

• Picture of Driver’s License: email picture to OFFICE STAFF or give to front desk
• Copy of Declaration of Insurance (auto insurance policy showing vehicle coverage amounts): email copy of first page to OFFICE STAFF or give to front desk
• Complete Parent Volunteer Agreement form (link above)
• Complete Driver Authorization form  (link above)

Parent Chaperone for Day Trip
Need 1 week prior

• Complete Parent Volunteer Agreement form (link above)
• Scan Driver’s License into Raptor System at front office

Parent Chaperone for Overnight Trip
Need 10 days prior
